DO NOT GO HERE! (Im a busy doctor and dont have time for writing reviews... so this is a legit review that I feel is important for people to read) The owner Al has very poor customer service. I did alterations there. I asked him if they normally dry clean the suits after they are altered (because I figured they wouldnt be so clean afterwards) and he said that they lightly press them all. I asked him to dry clean 3 of the 6 suits (he tagged them to be dry cleaned). When I picked up the items the alterations were terrible (I wish I could upload the pictures), and he charged me for "Pressing" two suits, which costs the SAME as dry cleaning. He said that pressing is just as much work as dry cleaning and that he didnt charge me the full price for dry cleaning which is $1 more. I just asked for the refund for pressing two suits which he said he normally does with alterations anyways, but he refused. Over the phone he was very arrogant and confrontational and hung up the phone with me. I called back and tried to stay calm. Eventually I even asked him to forget about the money. I said, "keep the money, I just want you to admit that you werent very clear about the charging for pressing" and he accused me of requesting pressing and said "its your word against mine" and hung up the phone on me again. IF YOU DONT WANT ANY TROUBLE, JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Thats MY SUGGESTION. Dr. Kim

Complete rip off, I used to go to this cleaners and i thought he was getting expensive so moved to another, however, just last week my wife wanted all the duvet covers cleaned and i had some shirts to drop off so being close by i thought why not give them another chance. Well i went back to pick up my clothes and sheets and nearly dropped on the spot, $220 yes thats right $220 for 2 duvet covers , 8 pillow covers and 6 shirts. Well i got upset but i was in a rush so just paid the bill and left after telling them that it was a scam and they are playing the game of client pricing. Well this morning instead of the owner calling to try and calm things down, keep a client and maybe do something for me, instead he calls me telling me how dare i complain and this is the price. When i told him that he used to charge $40 for duvet and covers which i thought was expensive and now its $80 his reply was " prices go up and if you dont like it then dont come". Well i guess i wont ever again.

The owners of this dry cleaners business are wonderful people. They are so sweet to my son and tell me every time Im in there that I should just drive up and honk my horn instead of coming in (i have 2 boys in carseats) They always walk me out with my clothes. I took my sons christening gown in to have cleaned before his baptism and the owner Al cleaned it on the house bc he said it was such a special occasion. I was touched. They feel like part of our family. All that aside the clothes are always perfect. Ive had alterations done there, repairs to shoes and other leather goods, even my sons lunch box they were able to fix. Im honestly amazed at their work ethic and kindness, its not everyday you run into those qualities in business owners anymore.

Couture Cleaners has consistently brought back to life clothes that other cleaners couldnt. It is family owned and operated. All work is done on site. This is the reason why they care, and it shows. They successfully removed an entire ink pens cartridge contents from a shirt and trousers. An expensive pair of fine wool trousers was restored to its original condition after being completely soaked in the rain - two other cleaners in the area attempted but failed. In addition, dress shirts are perfectly pressed, and the buttons are never broken. This is THE only place to take your dry cleaning!

This business definitely values their individual customers. I went in to get work pants hemmed and because I go to college at UF I was not able to wait one week for them. The owner came out nicely and said he would have them by 5 pm tomorrow, which was perfect. He ended up being finished with the pants by noon instead. I was very surprised how quick they worked and were willing to retain every customer that came their way and meet their needs. Great business, I highly recommend!

Couture did an amazing job filling an odd request for me! I brought them a giant stuffed penguin that had been a display piece and had been handled and made filthy by countless people. The penguin was immaculate when they finished cleaning it for me. But the best part of the experience was how they bent over backwards to rush the cleaning process (I needed it clean by the next day) and were amazing to do business with! Will definitely come back and would recommend them!

Been using Couture Cleaners for six months and the quality and level of service is amazing. The quality of cleaning is noticeable over the chain company I had been using. I was impressed when a stain that “could not be removed” by the chain after three attempts, was removed with this cleaner without asking or making them aware.
