AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GO TO THIS DRY CLEANER! I PICKED UP MY PANTS THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE THE ZIPPER FIXED BUT WHEN I GOT HOME I SAW THAT THE ZIPPER WAS STILL BROKEN. I WENT BACK AND CALMLY TOLD THE GUY THAT HE CHARGED ME FOR THE REPAIR BUT NEVER FIXED IT. HE THEN TOLD "SHUT UP! AND HUSH!" I WAS SO SURPRISED. HE THEN WENT ON TO SAY THAT HE WOULD CALL THE POLICE ON ME. I WAS SO CONFUSED. I THEN TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD KNOWING THAT I DID NOTHING AT ALL FOR HIM TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. I EVEN OFFERED TO CALL THE POLICE ON HIM. HE THEN FINALLY AGREED TO FIX THE BROKEN ZIPPER THAT HE NEVER FIXED IN THE FIRST PLACE. YELLED AT ME TO COME PICK IT UP ON FRIDAY AND SNATCHED MY PANTS OUT OF HANDS. I HAVE NEVER IN MY WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE WITNESSED SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM WARNING EVERYONE! DO NOT GO HERE. THE WORST THING ABOUT THIS WHOLE EVENT WAS THAT THIS GUY WAS THE OWNER!

Convenient location BUT the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! You would be better off to use a more distant and well-reviewed location (if you are local) then to deal with constant frustration. The guy behind the counter is rude, confusing with the prices (every time a different story), argues with the customers remarks and needs, and repeats "my friend" all the time, like he knows you. Never puts the client first, if you have a problem with the order and have an objection, dont expect any resolution ... you would get "this is your opinion". I work for a big institution, many people that also work there stopped going even if we get corporate discount (for which you have to have a large order...makes no sense). Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Ive just experienced the worst customer service!!! The guy there was super rude, he seriously rushed me to pay when I was just taking seconds to double check my items are alright (I got them tailored and cleaned). I was the only customer there so it wasnt like he was busy with other customers. Right after I paid, he just walked right off without even saying thanks or anything, nor did he even take my signed receipt back...... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! I am now looking for another dry clean place to go, SCREW THEM!!! I NORMALLY DONT WRITE REVIEWS, THAT TELLS YOU HOW MUCH I HATE THIS PLACE!!!

They lost my shirt. When I described the article, the guy blindly started pulling out items that did not even remotely fit my description (a blue shirt, and he was showing me reds, etc). He never apologized or offered any form of compensation. I should have known better as when I dropped off my clothes he didnt give me an itemized receipt. Goodbye $150 shirt!

Prices are affordable and the service is good. I would recommend it to friends. It is never crowded when i get there, so the service is quick. I am planning to use their services in the future, no bad experience so far whatsoever. Hope that help!

My husband and I always drop our dry cleaning at Village Walk Cleaner and have never been disappointed :). Friendly staff, quick turn around and competitive pricing. I would very much recommend them for your dry cleaning needs!

Obviously a change of management since those old negative comments years ago. This service is so good I have personally witnessed customers driving here from as far as Riverside to drop their clothes off.
