I asked the employee who came out to help me about prices for various alterations, which she provided to me, and whether they can take measurements. She seemed confused at the idea of taking measurements and said they dont do that. In support of her confusion, I didnt see anything in the store resembling the usual tools and work space to take measurements: e.g., mirrors, a podium to stand on, etc. What kind of store claims to do alterations for mens wear, but cant take a mans measurements?

I live right by it and thought it would be easier than going with another cleaner, but they are horrible. I had pants hemmed there, a month later the stitching came undone. They tell you the wrong price and Joni the manager is unfriendly and rude when you talk to her about problems. You think trying to support local business is a good idea, but with service like that and unfriendly people, why bother. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

Awesome job on my alterations! It was every pressed for FREE =D Sue never lets me down and never over-charges for any of my alterations. I trust this dry cleaners with my alterations and all of my washables. I wouldnt take my pants to anywhere else but here!
