AVOID this establishment at all costs. They ripped my boyfriends brand new tie, we got in the car and saw the difference and returned to the counter to make the employees aware of the rip. They said since we did not check it at the counter that they were not liable. They offered no kind of apology and refused to acknowledge it was their mistake, although we had not even left the parking lot when we noticed the tear! I will never go here again, the staff was rude, the equipment is dated and they do a poor job (or ruin your clothes totally). Just because its the cheapest place in town doesnt mean its the best. AVOID!
