I used this location for a few years. Initially I was satisfied and very happy with the quality. Over time the quality got worse and worse. Recently they changed their process and they send out all of their dry cleaning to a different location. The sleeves on my shirts were not even pressed and I actually had to iron my dry cleaning after picking it up. Another time it was as if they handed me back my dirty clothes on a hangar and tried to charge me for it. The last straw for me was when I had them try and treat two stains on my wifes work pants and was told when I dropped them off that if they couldnt get it then I wouldnt be charged. Upon picking up the pants the stains were actually worse than before and the lady very rudely stated "we never guarantee anything" as she proceeded to try and charge me for the job they didnt do. Dont let this businesss banner claiming to best in Akron are fool you. Banners can obviously be bought to say whatever you want them to say. Perhaps they are best in Akron at pissing off their customers?

I went there one time and it will be the last time. I took two pairs of pants and six shirts. Everything came back real nice, except my purple dress shirt that now has pink armpits. I asked them about it and they said sweat can do that if my sweat is particularly acidic or base. I told them that I have never had a shirt do that before and they admitted that there was a "50/50 chance" that the solution they use to get deoderant out of the shirt did the discoloration. They offered me no compensation. My dry cleaning cost me $22 plus a fairly new $80 shirt. Not worth it at all.

I always take my dry cleaning here, the girl who works there is always very pleasant and I have never once had a problem at this location!! Keep up the good work, and I look forward to being a loyal customer for the years to come.

This place is BY FAR the worst at anything. A month and a week.....REALLY!!!To fix a freaking ZIPPER!!!! And rude to boot.
