I only went to this cleaners because of my husband. The first time I went I took a very expensive BCBG raincoat to be dry cleaned and they washed it causing the material on the buckles to tear off!! They still charged me! Last week I took a sweater in to have a hole stitched up and they did a HORRIBLE job! Not only did they leave part of the hole, they stiched part of it so that it looks like a blind person sewed it AND they still charged me for the horrible job. The owner said "well we only charged you $5 and we cant make it look new" but part of the hole was still there! They should not have charged me and just not try to fix it. I will NEVER recommend this tacky place! Bad customer service.

Ive given this place many chances and they always end up making mistakes. Theyve forgotten to perform hem repairs multiple times misplaced/temporarily lost items more than once too. The place is a mess and so disorganized. I simply cant justify giving them business anymore. I recommend going elsewhere for more reliable services.
