I usually do not leave reviews, but in this case my service was so terrible and disrespectful that I felt an obligation to warn others. I chose this location because I needed my clothes to be ready for the next day and their website explicitly promises "in by 8 a.m., ready the next day or your money back, NO EXCUSES." I showed by to pick up my clothes the next day, but they were nowhere to be found - making me miss the event that I got my clothes dry cleaned for. Then, I was promised a call back the next morning after further investigation by the staff. I never received one. I called the Warrensville Rd. location where a helpful manager figured out that the Prospect store had misspelled my name and that he would track down the clothes so that they would be ready when I came to pick them up. He also assured me that in accordance with their policy, I would receive the clothes free of charge. I drove back to the Prospect store where I was, incredibly, informed that I would not actually receive the clothes free of charge. Rather, I got a 25% discount because " your clothes were cleaned and ready within 24 hours." I asked how they justified this because my clothes were not "READY" as they did not even know where they had placed them . The manager had no answer but would not budge from her stance. Throughout the whole experience the management and store staff in this location was very defensive, rude, and unprofessional.

With friendly and great attention to detail (the store and even the borders of parking lot were bright and clean), the DO Summers team on Carnegie provided excellent service with very quick turnaround. Your team delivered as verbally promised, though the laundry chit had the wrong pick up date for the fluff and fold laundry which caused bit of consternation at pick up. Fortunately, it all worked out well at the time and I certainly would recommend your business. Wish you all had branches here in Chicago!

Great cleaning service. Same day service available. But most items come back the next day. I was a new customer and the manager explained everything to me. I was even provided a laundry bag to drop items off if I need to after close. They also have a delivery service. I didnt use this option yet. But its a nice option to have.

A little expensive, but same day turnaround, high quality cleaning and very friendly staff. They have always taken great care of my clothes and have removed some tough stains. Highly recommend
