This is the 4th time me, a family member, or a friend has gone to get service and we are rejected. Why? Because it’s their way or no way! The sign says “ same day service”.... it’s a lie. They don’t offer same day. To top it off, the older lady handling it is extremely rude and definitely not interested in any sort of customer service. I will be sharing my experiences with anyone that will hear it. Tourist, be ware. This is not a representation of how we do business in Florida.

We are new to the area and were looking for a place to regularly take my husbands military uniforms. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I picked up my husbands uniform for the first time and decided to ask if they also do alterations. She was very rude and did not seem to want to answer my question. She will get no more business from us.

I called and was told they close at 7. I got there a few minutes before and the lights were out and the doors locked. No one answered when I knocked. I wasnt impressed and very frustrated with the waste of my time since I said I was coming. They must be doing pretty well to close early with a customer on the way.
