This dry cleaners, is horrible. My husband had to leave out of town for a wedding. Cleaners Guarantee that clothes will be done by on Thursday so that my husband can catch a flight Thursdays afternoon. Office Manager Lori stated OK by project manager clothes will be done and can be pick them up by 11am. when Thursday arrived, clothes were missing, office manager stated that the driver must have taken them. she tried calling the driver and he did not answer the phone. It is now 1:20pm and he still has not received clothes. Called and spoke with Office Manager, she started calling my husband a liar as the information he told me was not what she stated. Advised her that if she could not guarantee the services he would have went elsewhere. asked to speak to owner and she stated he was in a meeting. **** If you clothes are important, I would not count on them*****

Pretty terrible towards employees, illegally tracking employees, playing favorites in the company, unfair treatment all around. This company is not worth your time or your dime, theyre salesmen are treated like delivery boys and carry the business on their shoulders just to be treated unfairly and even let go for taking lunch break at home. This company is for the birds.

Do not know what the other reviewer is thinking. Not only are their prices very reasonable for delivery right to your front door, the quality of service is excellent. If you have a problem they fix it. We have been a loyal customer for 5 years.
