I rate this location 2 stars based on a subjective experience, so take it as you will. Westwood essentially has a monopoly on the Celebration dry-cleaning market, so you pay a premium for the convenience. I brought in a load of 12 button-down shirts, (2 of which were linen) along with my girlfriends floor-length summer dress and her blazer. I was quoted a price, which I thought was a little steep, but I was OK given the immediate need as I was starting a new job. Upon pickup, they had up-charged us for the linen shirts and dress, making the total bill in excess of $80. Note there was nothing that I thought would cause a significant increase in price such as stain removal, repairs, etc. But the quote and final price came to about a +30% variance. With that level of increase, I would hope to receive a call to confirm it was OK to proceed with these services (at least thats what I would expect from a quality establishment). Do you think $80 is steep for what I got? Ill let you be the judge, but it was enough to choose never to come here again. On the plus side, the service when I first dropped off the garments was great, and our clothes came back cleaned and pressed well. My recommendation would be to demand a call if there is going to be any change in the price prior to handing over your belongings.

For the price I would expect a MUCH better quality - when i took a shirt there to have a stain taken out they returned it with a much bigger stain. I was very disappointed, my shirt was ruined.
