I literally had my hands full of clothes to drop off and it was 7:01. I saw a customer in the store so I didnt realize they closed at 7 so I tried pulling the door twice. The girl literally stared at me then looked down. Terrible customer service and I will not be going back. You dont acknowledge someone then look away. She was clearly in a rush to leave as she was more worried about locking the door than taking care of the customer that was already there. Never again

One of the worst customer service I have experienced. If they promise a date for pick up, I would recommend waiting a good 3-4 days past the promised date to go and pick up your stuff. Never ready on time, no one knows what the other person in the store is doing. Poor follow-up. I would NOT recommend them at all.
