Horrible service. I dropped off a suit to be dry cleaned and they lost the suit pants. The owners were extremely unapologetic; they said this happens all the time. The jacket was supposedly cleaned but I will definitely have to get it dry cleaned again because it doesnt smell fresh. They did not charge me because it was such a disaster - avoid at all costs and go somewhere more professsional!

I took 3 comforters to Kings Lake Cleaners that had stains on them from a rental property. When I picked them up, $90 later, they still had stains on them. The owners acted as if they didnt know anything about the stains and why they wouldnt come out. They said "guess the stains are not coming out". That would have been nice to know before paying. Not impressed with this place at all!
