Unbelievably rude and worst service ever. The guy at the drop off and check in is the worst. My receipt said a Tuesday pick up was there Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before I got all my stuff ruined back. Was told its the delivery drivers fault he is late. Oh, and by the way, make sure you take the tabs out of your shirt collars because you wont get them back. Ties, their not responsible for either. I tried on 3 different times to ask what happened to mine and I was just given excuses. You would think the guy at the check in would of said hey take them out or we arent responsible for them. I would of thought when you drop off shirts, ties and pants that he would of asked or said these things. I just moved here from Chicago and after spending $57 a week for 3 weeks in a row for a couple shirts and ties you would think someone would of noticed and pay attention, nope not here. I was simply looking for a local dry cleaning service to get my work clothes cleaned and pressed. Really dont care about the price just wanted a good job done. Starch? Not here they dont know what that is after ruining about a dozen ties I had. When I asked why my receipt says , "no starch" I was just asked more questions and belittled to believe it was my fault I didnt ask and its standard to not use starch if you dont ask for it. Go to ECO cleaners, friendly, asks questions and seem to be concerned about you needs for dry cleaning. This place is just looking for your money. Way overpriced for the horrible service you get.

Ive been using Fashion Fresh for the last 3 months and have been extremely happy. Due to our house remodel, we have been without a washer and dryer and needed to have laundry "fluff and fold" services. Jeff at Fashion Fresh agreed to a residential laundry service for as long as we needed it. So twice a week, they would pick up and drop off all my laundry. Everything from underwear, socks, shirts and pants, to sheets and towels came back clean, freshly-scented, and nicely folded. I was billed monthly, with an average of $168 per month. With two people, we managed to have lots of clothes and towels, owing to it being summer. Given that I didnt have to do anything other than have my clothes ready for pick-up and put the clean ones away, I thought the price was reasonable. My washer and dryer are now installed, so I just cancelled my service. But I highly recommend Fashion Fresh if youre in need of this type of service.

Ahhhh... Where do I start? I dropped off 23 items for dry cleaning and was quoted $180. I thought it was a lot then but just figured there were multiple dresses and a suit. When I returned to pick it up the ticket showed 24 item and a total $219.30. Looking over the receipt, they charged me $1.80 for the belt on my wifes robe, not to mention a ridiculous amount for everything. Needless to say I will never return.

way overcharged me for suit alterations. was quoted one thing over the phone and wound up being double when i picked up my suit. pant cuffs=$25 suit coat sleeves= $40. would have disputed with mgr. but not one around and needed suit for the evening. had i known this stunt would be pulled, i would have definitely chosen different place for alterations. beware!!!

I made a horrible decision by going there! I just wanted my comforter dry cleaned thinking it would come out clean and fluffy but got the opposite. The cloth is ripping and the cushion on the instead is all separated and lumpy now. Disappointment and waste of your money! Dont go here
