Went in to have a suit, 2 blazers, and a few shirts done. My only request was light starch and no creases. When I picked them up I was on my way to Miami for an event at the Versace Mansion (ergo I needed to look good) and to my surprise it was all a wreck. The small stain I had on my suit pants that I had pointed out not only wasnt out but had set in more, my white shirt had something pink on it like makeup, my pants had pleats and my blazers looked as wrinkled as I had brought them in. My recommendation is its cheaper and of better quality to get a steamer and let your kids do your clothes.

What a joke. I walked in there at 3 P.M. on a Saturday to have a shirt done. Some rude kid came to the register, didnt greet me or ask me any thing, he just took my shirt and proceeded to charge me. Since he didnt bother to ask me anything, I told him I wanted the shirt back the next day. He said that I wouldnt be able to get it until 5 P.M. on Monday. Yeah, right, no thanks pal. There are plenty of other cleaners in town who can probably get it right.

Just walked out and had to pay for my pants that were damaged, or burned by this company..... I rarely take the time to google, much less write a review..... however this blows my mind how they damaged my pants, and take no responsibility..... unbelievable..... I will report this to the better business bureau

Credit card machine down for several days and they have no idea when it will be fixed. Until then cash only if you want your clothes back. Time to find a new cleaners!
