I talked to the lady that fixes zippers and asked if she would help take out a piece of material stuck in my daughters prom dress...she said yes bring it in and "if" she can get it out she will not charge. My daughter takes it in a couple days later and the lady was not very nice, barely touched the dress and wanted to charge her, said she didnt have time. I will never go back there again nor recommend this place to anyone. Very rude of this woman. We went somewhere else and had the dress fixed in 5 minutes.

They ruin your clothes then dont take responsibility for them. Their explanation..."a defect in the material". I wonder how many times they have used that excuse. One was a brand new $100.00 shirt...never worn (took it in to get pressed), but according to them, "it didnt happen there". The owner, Tom has a horrible attitude...not accommodating at all...just a shrug of the shoulders. Needless to say, I will NEVER go there again!!!
