The hard-working business owners at Bil-Mar have been delivering top notch laundry and cleaning services for years. As a business consultant, and customer of Bil-Mar since 2007, I wear dress shirts daily. Bil-Mar is second to none, and will clean and press business shirts to an IMPECCABLE standard. Amazingly, they have also done and EXCELLENT job on stained ties. If Bil-Mar cant clean and press your ties like new, then no one can; ties can be tough to clean. I moved from North Royalton to Shaker, and was disappointed with every cleaning business I tried on the east side. I decided to work out a schedule to continue to use Bil-Mar; they are worth the drive. Bil-Mar is a no-nonsense small business with very high standards. They consistently provide excellent, on time cleaning services and are the type of small business this country needs more of. MJ

HEATHEN HOLIDAY

I brought in 2 jackets to get cleaned. One of them had perfume stuck in it with lint on it. I spent over $18 to get them both cleaned, and when I got them back 4 or 5 days later, they didnt look like they were cleaned at all. In fact, the one jacket still smelled like perfume, and had little lint and pieces of feather on it. Maybe its just me, but when I take something to a dry cleaner, I get my clothing back smelling clean and fresh, wrinkle-free, and no lint on it. I asked about them re-cleaning it, and the Asian woman just kept saying they cleaned it. She did not offer to re-clean it or anything even when she could clearly see I was upset. NOTHING. So that was $18 completely wasted. I will never take anything to this place again, and neither should you. Customer service = horrible. Service = horrible.
