We have been using this dry cleaners for years with no problems, but lately we have had three pair of pants shrunken badly in size. The first one they said it had been more than 30 days, the second one we were not completely sure it was them because we started to use other dry cleaners, but the last one i was absolutely sure it was them. I was met with nothing but denials and hostility by the owner. Please NEVER use this cleaning business for anything.

Not overly friendly. When you walk in an establishment and say hello whoever is standing at the counter really should say hello back. It was like this when I dropped off and picked up clothing. I turned in a peacoat to be cleaned. But it looked like they did not do anything to it. I know I probably should have said something but Im tired and it was a simple job, Im just not going to come back here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! THEY STARCHED AND STEAM PRESSED A HUNDRED DOLLAR SILK SHIRT OF MINE .. THE OWNERS SON TOLD ME HE WOULD NEVER PAY THAT MUCH FOR A SHIRT AND THE OWNER ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT THE STORE DOES NOT GUARANTEE EVRYTHING THEY DO !!! USEING THIS CLEANER IS A VERY BAD IDEA..i FOR ONE WILL NEVER AGAIN THE PLACE SHOULD LOSE NITS BUSINESS LICENSE

I went to best dry cleaners a year ago and never went again due to horrible service but I recently decided to go again because I noticed the name changed. Its now called Superior Dry Cleaners and the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendliness. The manger himself greeted me and was very kind. My clothes came out great!!!! :)
