When I brought in a expensive black cashmere wrap for cleaning it came back with a large "bump" it had been hung sweater like on a wire clothes hanger. I did return to this cleaner with my wrap to show the "bump" and was told "we will do a re-do" at that time I made it extremely clear "do not stretch" and stretch it they did presenting me with a lifeless, shapeless and floppy wrap that is now only good for the trash. At the same cleaning time I had brought in a white silk blouse this too required a "re-do" it was returned "cleaned?" with a black grease or ink like spot after this "re-do" my white silk blouse is now a dingy off color, another throw away, I will not be returning to this cleaners my clothes are not wear and "throw away" value.

A suggestion to the lady who waited on me for my comforter. It would be a good idea to explain to us novices the difference between laundering and dry cleaning a comforter. Unfortunately, I now have a comforter that is lumpy and the filling is bunched up because I requested laundering (the label said machine wash in a large capacity commercial washer and tumble dry in a large capacity commercial dryer) instead of dry cleaning. If you had suggested dry cleaning (which you knew was a better option, would not cause the bunching and was only $5 more) I definitely would have chosen dry cleaning. Its too late for my problem, but you may help someone in the future to avoid another unhappy customer. Jeanne Reynolds
