Parma residents: DO NOT use this dry cleaner! Dropped off my ski jacket 9/26 for a zipper replacement and cleaning. Hearing nothing, I called 9/30 and was told ready 10/4. Again, hearing nothing I called 10/5 and was told ready 10/7. AGAIN hearing nothing I left message 10/10. Immediately on 10/11 I receive a VM.... "Sorry, ready tomorrow 10/12. I put a $10 credit on your account for future use." YEAH RIGHT, like Im ever going back there! The kids that work the counter are nice but the FAT HEAD owner (I think he told me he lost weight, must have been all between his ears!) is a LOSER. With dry cleaning choices on every corner, why would you not COMMUNICATE with customers, especially if youre going to MISS 2 delivery dates! Dude, really? This is how you run your business? Oh yeah, charged me the $81 for the cleaning and repair on the day I dropped off (9/26) and then nothing. I was the one who made 3 calls. You think $10 credit on a FUTURE order is enough to keep me a customer. Sorry. DONE. You have my number if you want to discuss this review. Yelp Readers: DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER.

I love On the Spot Dry Cleaners. The people that work there are so loving and friendly. My father passed away recently and I came into the cleaners to have my dress pressed the day before the funeral, it was later in the day so the express service was no longer an option. The staff committed to pressing my dress, said prayers for my family and I, and gave me a $25 love token to help with the funeral services. The staff namely, Bryon and Pamela, made me feel so loved and as if I was apart of the On the Spot family. They were so nice to me during my trying time that I would never consider going to a different cleaners. Thank you On the Spot Dry Cleaners.

I have been a customer at On the Spot Dry Cleaners, in Parma, for many years. This is truly a professional dry cleaning business, where my shirts, suits, sweaters and coats have been cleaned and pressed to the highest quality. If a spot ever remains, or a button is missing, management takes care of it immediately. Great service, great product. Much better product than the "deep discount" competitors in the area. I would highly recommend this dry cleaner to anyone in the area for all your dry cleaning needs. John Meros.

They ruin your clothes. I took my white coat there to get cleaned. My coat was white wool with black leather trimming. I only had my sleeves dirty. When I picked up my coat it had multiple black spots all over my coat, and they put a tag on it saying something that I had those spots and they could not clean them. Basically they ruined my coat and blamed it on me. I wanted to prove to them that it was their fault, they denied it. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY WIIL RUIN YOUR CLOTHES>

Ive been to several different dry cleaners in Cleveland and after a few bad experiences, I found On The Spot. Very convenient to just pull up to the drive thru or use the overnight drop box. Shirts are ready next day, stains gone and ready to go. Goodbye bbq sauce stain from rib fest 2010. Hello clean clothes.

They do not complete the service the same day as advertised or even the following day!Furthermore, u get your clothes back and they all have the same stains . This place is a farce and a sham. Take your business to another dry cleaner and save your money.
