I took a number of shirts to have washed, and within the stack of shirts was a Ralph Lauren white linen shirt. I was told by the male cleark, that the line shirt had to be dry cleaned, not washed, and the the cost would be additional six dollars. I agreed to have the shirt dry cleaned. When I went to claim my shirts, I was given my linen shirt, and in the front of the shirt was a large hole. Needless to say, the hole was not there, when I brought the shirt to have "washed". I returned the shirt to the yourn male cleark, and requested that the manager of the HI-TECH CLEANERS call me. The manager/owner did call me, but it was ONE YEAR LATER. It seems that there was a blue shirt that somehow got lost, alnd did not make its way back into the stack of shirts that I picked up and paid for the cleaning. I asked about my linen shirt, but they could not locate the shirt in their establishment. The owner/manager stated that they would pay me for the shirt, but only half of the original cost of the shirt, because that was what the insurance company would allow. The other option would be store credit.(I was thinking why would I accept store credit, so they could ruin or loose my shirts.? No, way possible) I needed a receipt for the lost shirt. When I presented the proof of purchase from Dillards, she then said she would give me store credit, but not any money for my ruined/lost shirt. Then she stated that she never said she would reimburse me for my shirt. THAT WAS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL LIE. Even my wife was shocked to hear that, because she was present when the owner told me. I became frustated, and then the owner threatned to call the police on me, so I left with out my shirt, without Dillards receipt that I presented to her. Later that afternoon, I received a call on my cell phone, from the husband/owner calling me a liar, and threatening me with physical harm. I thought he was calling me to resolve this issure, and not make matters worse. As you can surmrise, I would never recommend, nor support this cleaners. Please also check the other responses on their website, and you will finde similar encounters with these owners/managers of the most unpleasant kind.

My first time using Pampers Hi-Tech Cleaners wasnt perfect. When it was time to pick-up my jacket it was no where to be found. The staff believed the jacket was likely delivered to another customers home by mistake (as it turns out that is what happened). If not for the customers honesty, then a very nice jacket would have been lost. When I ultimately received the jacket, it was cleaned very well. My rating reflects the businesss mistake which almost lost my garment, and their average communication with me as we tried to reach a resolution. I would give this business a second chance though, only with a less expensive garment. We all deserve the opportunity to show we have learned from past mistakes. They could have done more to show they cared about the inconvenience that was caused, like waving the cleaning fee - which I was still expected to pay.

I have been using this dry cleaner for almost 3 years now and I have never had anything but excellent service. the employees are friendly and welcoming when I come in to drop off, or when I’m there to pick up. My clothes are always ready when I am told. Its worth it every penny. Thanks

My wife and i have been using Pampers for years. We drive by several other cleaners just to get to Pampers. We have been very happy with their service.
