This is not a good place for dry cleaning. I had my 2 year old kids birthday and I ordered Suit from overseas. It was white in color with black edges to collar and pockets. After dry cleaning was done, I saw that new black stains appeared on pockets. I took a picture and gave it back to them for cleaning again. They returned after cleaning and this time black stains at pockets were gone and another new black stain showed up at collar. I took picture again and showed them last one to this. This is how they did three times, but they couldnt give me the suit back atleast in original condition. Another excuse of manager is he wouldnt pay the money because it is dress fault and he cant clean it. My point was not to take their money but I was explaining that if you are cleaning at one place, they did not seem to focus on other parts of suit. I was so dis-heartened as it was my kids birthday and I didnot have much time to do anything . I decided to leave a review atleast for folks who wants to visit with expensive dresses, be careful of this store

The price the price the price in the Cleveland area this is the cheapest that I know of where you can get clothes dry clean. Okay you can get shirts done sometimes cheaper but they also do suits for the same price just what the sign says $2.25 cent per item.

Ive had very service from this dry cleaners. Theres nothing like on the site Dry cleaning. The newer cleaners send their clothes to sites like Esteem, then they press them, and charge the consumer an arm and leg.

Good service for the money. Been getting my work shirts cleaned here and so far so good. Staff is always friendly and clothes are always on time. Heads up for first timers, you have to pay upfront.

VERY VERY.....POOR JOB ON CLOTHES.....IT IS TRUE WHAT THEY SAY..YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR....shirts can back wrinkle n jeans wasnt press brand new cavs t shirt faded.

They always do a great job, the old owner is gone. Whenever I am in a bind and need it done asap they ALWAYS been able to do it.

This place was terrible, stained two of my 300 dollar dresses lost the sah for my skirt. THIS IS TERRIBLE DONT GO HERE
