Staff Prone to Violent Behavior. Be careful! I had my dry cleaning re-cleaned because there were stains on it after the first cleaning. I went to pick up my clothes and was greeted by a very rude staff member- I told her that my items were still not pressed and appeared damaged/stained, she told me to talk to the owner. She then called me rude, swore at me, and as I attempted to leave the store with my clothing (it was no charge because it was not cleaned the first time), she chased me out of the store and told me she was not letting me leave until I produced a "ticket" for my clothing. She chased me out of the store aggressively and attempted to grab my purse! I told her I was going to call the police, she said go ahead, and she stood behind my car and said she was not letting me leave until I produced this ticket! I was fearful for my safety, and went to dial 911 and she ran from the car into the store while exclaiming profanities. I hope they have a security camera in the parking lot so they can see what happened. Be careful! I would not use this cleaner for safety and quality.

Brought my wedding dress in for alterations since my dad has been coming here for dry cleaning for a few years now. However Im extremely disappointed with the service and alterations that I receieved. My dress had to be altered twice (still doesnt fit correctly) and the seamstress doesnt take any measurements of your body, she "eyeballs" everything instead (resulting in two alterations). In addition, theyll quote you one price but charge you a higher price when its time to pick up your item (and I was charged both times). The real kicker is they apparantly dont call their customers when an item is ready to be picked up even though I was told in person both times that I would receieve a call when the dress was ready! I had to follow up both times to see when the dress was ready and when I inquired as to why I wasnt called, the response was youre supposed to go off the date they write at the bottom of the ticket.... Guess what, I never recieved a ticket!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Beside the fact that its small, hot and very dirty, the staff is horrible. When we walked in we were not greeted, but barked at. The horrid woman behind the counter, who I can only describe as a bitter, lonely chain smoker, was incredibly rude. She barked at us about what we needed, and then acted like we were stupid for not knowing how the shop works. Ill spare the dirty details and just leave you with this; Id rather teach my dog how to alterate something before ever going back to this establishment.

I have been going here for over a year. I have never had any issues with any of their services. They do a great job with everything from blankets to Military uniforms. They maybe a bit expensive but they always get stuff done when I need it, even on short notice!

Horrible service,job was imperfect,high prices,I had to take my clothes back to someone else because they wouldnt take responsability for the bad alterations without charging more money to fix their own error,very very insatisfafied customer,dont go there.
