I have been using Stadium Dry Cleaners for a few years now. I have never had an issue until recently. I brought my 2 piece suit in to be dry cleaned for my cousins wedding in Canada. Upon getting ready for the wedding, I put the suit on and noticed it had shrunk about 2 sizes. This suit is about about 1 year old and I have worn it maybe 3 times. I couldnt zipper the pants and the jacket felt like it was going to rip at the seams. I ended up missing the ceremony because I had to go buy new dress pants and have them hemmed. When I returned from Canada I spoke to Victoria who told me she would speak to the owner and would call me back. She called me the next day and wanted me to bring the suit in. I showed the owner pictures from a month ago showing the suit fitting perfectly and showed him pictures of how small the suit was when I put it on. I told him I would put the suit on to show him aswell. I asked for reimbursement of the cost ($200) and the cost of dry cleaning ($20). He refused any compensation for a new suit and offered me a $100 credit for future dry cleaning. Why, so I can bring my new suit in so they can shrink that one too? No thanks! My family and I will never use this lousy dry cleaners again and I urge you to take your business elsewhere!

I have been using this dry cleaner for almost a year now, and they have been okay, not spectacular, but okay. This month they have really pushed my buttons and now they are saying that my husband and I are liars; either way, they got their damn $60 out of us. We dropped off cleaning and alterations and they just wrote notes all over the cleaning ticket (about what needed repaired) and never repaired the items I wanted fixed and never wrote up an alterations ticket - they only dry cleaned them SINCE there was no alterations ticket. Why would we tell them about the items that needed repaired and only want the items dry cleaned? I do not usually write these things, just so you know that when I do, they deserve it. Again, we have been using these cleaners for about a year, and they can thank themselves and the guy that works at the counter for being rude to loyal customers - we are finding another cleaner.

This dry cleaner is excellent. Not only is everything cleaned quick and on time but the customer service is exceptional. I had spinal surgery and was not able to leave the house or drive and the owner was kind enough to do me a favor and drive to pick up the dry cleaning from my house (which they do not normally do). They have earned my full loyalty as a customer. Highly recommended!
