Avoid this place at all cost! This is the first time I have ever written a review. I felt the need to express the poor customer service they have provided and hope this does not happen to you. I had mentioned and pointed out an ink stain on one of my pant leg to the worker. She replies that she will take care of it. I then returned the next day to pick it up (granted I failed to double check their work at time of pickup). The next day when wearing my pants, I found out that they failed to remove the stain. I returned a few days later explaining that they forgot to remove the stain. Again, the lady tells me that they will take care of it and have it ready for pickup the same day. I returned and the stain has been removed, but charged me again for my pants. Despite that this was their error, they felt the need to still charge me . I explained to the worker that I am loyal customer of theirs and gave much business to them. She still did not care of what I had to say and still wanted to charge me. Needless to say, I will have to provide business somewhere else.

I called Royal Cleaners with an unusual request. I live in Michigan and my mom lives in Ft Myers. She got very sick one night and made a horrendous mess of two bathrooms and was admitted to the hospital. They sent a crew the day I called to clean the bathroom but the mess was beyond what I could imagine. Their crew cleaned for an hour and then the owners sent them home. They, THEMSELVES, came the next day to finish cleaning. A neighbor let them in and said they were gratious, enthusiastic, and please to be able to help. If it were not for them, I wouldve had to call a hazmat team to clean. I work for a housekeeping service in Michigan and understand what they did for me. I can not recommend them more highly!

This place is wonderful! They got the gum out of my very favorite shorts and for such a reasonable price! It was a steal! They were pressed and cleaned perfectly, too. The employees are friendly, and I got to meet the owner who is also very nice. I recommend this dry cleaners for sure!
