Beware - be sure to check pricing. I called to see how much they would charge to have a king size comforter dry cleaned. I was quoted $32,99 over the phone. When I arrived at the dry cleaners, I pointed out a spot of urine made by my dog on the comforter (I wanted them to be aware so they could treat it accordingly). I was then charged another $20.00 so they could buy whatever cleaning solution they needed to treat this spot. The reason you take items to a cleaners is because you need them cleaned, they are supposed to be the professionals. This is not a restaurant and "al a carte" pricing is not appropriate. My total bill was $55.64 - not the $32.99 I was quoted. I spoke with the general manager when I picked up my comforter, receiving no satisfaction. I will not be back.

No one should take anything to any of these Cleaners, especially Colony. FOUR years ago, Colony LOST a pillow cover. Several days later, the person to whom Colony had sent it home with returned it and they called. When my wife went to pick it up, the clerk said there would no charge. Fast forward...I took a couple of things to be cleaned. They refused to take it saying there was a notation on our name not to take any more cleaning because we refused to pay. AND, they did this in front of other customers. Stay away from these crooks.

Their pricing is a little high. But, over the years I have used them weekly and, my laundry and dry cleaning have always been ready for pick up by the time indicated and my items have always been clean and neatly pressed. I have seen some of the other comments; however I have always been waited on quickly when dropping off and picking up.

This is the most unreliable dry cleaning service Ive ever had. They are totally unprofessional when it comes to delivering clothes on time. They take too long and they dont respect the pick up date. I hope that soon another dry cleaning service will open in Colony.

Very over priced and extremely slow. The check in process is so painful; they have to check each item by label and manufacturer. Heaven forbid there is a customer in front of you. I cant wait until another cleaner opens up in the Colony area.

Traveling to the Villages for business and use this cleaner when Im in town. Always had a great experience and my shirts are pressed great.
