Although I have never had anything dry cleaned here, I would not recommend using them for alterations. I needed a dress taken-in for a wedding and even though the seamstress measured me in the dress, she made the dress too small (by an entire inch). When I called to have the situation fixed, they were rude and indicated it was my fault for giving them the wrong measurements. They did eventually agree to fix the dress, but when I got it back the second time, the dress was still too tight and the zipper was not sewn on correctly. They basically ruined my dress.

Asked them to replace the elastic in my favorite skirt, gave them my exact waist measurements taken that day. They cut the elastic to my waist size and so the weight of the fabric made it a little too big. Took it back to have it taken in, when I got it back it was about 3 sizes smaller. Since they had taken fabric out of the waist it can no longer be fixed. So $30 later and I have a unwearable item.

Im glad they keep longer hours than others businesses in the area and they are very cheap.
