Let me start by saying that my dry cleaned shirts were done well and I was happy but the real reason for my 5 stars is because of how they dealt with an issue. I dropped my clothes on a Monday and my clothes were set to pick up on Thursday morning. After picking up my shirts, I realized that one of them was missing so I called them. It turned out that my shirt was still at their offsite facility but my biggest issue was that I was boarding a flight at 3pm that day and needed the shirt for the event I was flying out for. The gentleman on duty that day called me back to explain the situation and I told him I absolutely had to have the shirt. They proceeded to get the shirt from their offsite facility (cleaned by the way) and personally deliver it to my office less than 10 miles away prior to me departing for the airport. I know in anything that mistakes happen sometimes but I judge on how the mistake is rectified. Best Cleaners went above and beyond to remedy an issue that arose and as a result of their customer service I will continually use them for my dry clean needs.

Overall, terrible experience. First, I called and the lady on the phone told me the prices and gave me the 10% discount that they were offering online. When I actually got to the store, another lady there told me that my shirts "were too small" for their industrial press and the shirts would need to be hand ironed for over $4.00 per shirt! Originally they told me the shirts would be $2.19 per shirt. Ive never heard of a shirt being too small (I wear J Crew slim fit smalls (collar size 14-15) and have gotten them dry cleaned and/or pressed elsewhere without a problem). LASTLY, they LOST a pair of my pants!! I am currently in the process of getting them back, but to no avail so far. I would definitely not recommend to anyone in the Celebration area - the quality is poor and the service is less than average. I came home to my shirts having a few wrinkles on them as well - the price I paid for having them hand ironed!!!! Stay away. Sincerely, your "VALUED CUSTOMER". UPDATE: They have officially NOT found my pair of dress pants. Truly not the "Best Cleaners".

My wife took her wedding dress to be cleaned here after seeing an online advertising for $80 wedding dress cleaning. We took the dress in and were told the price could be a little higher depending on what was required. They informed us that the dress would be ready within the week. We returned at the end of the week to be told the dress was not ready yet and that the price was going to be now $170. We had no way of now declining the service and had to wait one more week. There were no apologies and the the overall service was just very unfriendly. My wife had to continue calling to find out if the dress was ready. Finally, two weeks after taking the dress in it was ready and the final bill was over $180. Again no apologies and to make matters worse there were still signs of stains along the bottom of the dress.

I used to be a loyal customer here, but not after my last visit. I asked if it was possible to have my clothes ready by Saturday instead of on Monday and at first, the woman at the counter said "no," but eventually said she could do that. I picked up my clothes on Saturday and paid the total and noticed a red zip tie attached to the hangers, which should have tipped me off... When I got home and looked at my clothes, one of the shirts was clearly not done yet with a note that said "We need more time" and the other shirt was also not finished. Why didnt the woman working at the counter tell me this? Instead, she said nothing and let me pay for clothes that had not been finished.

The dry cleaners service is outstanding. My problem is with the alterations. I ask the tailor about 2 to 3 times already to tailor my clothes and he says he cant. Im a young guy and I were slim fit suites. I put on the suit he immediately says its too tight. He clearly needs to learn that in 2017 we dont wear suits that are oversized and too big for you. I ask him to cut my sleeve a little. He said sure $30. To me it looks too expensive for that small detail. Again, I love the busineess. I am just giving feedback because I know the owners read this and they might be able to better their business by reading their clients comments.

I was quoted a price of $10 For 1 dress which is pricey already. When I came back to.pick the dress up the price was higher, $11. The girl said that is what it is ringing up & it must be tax. Tax would be. 70 cents, not $1.00! I told them I will never go there again. My receipt did not show taxes or fees, just the price.

This place is terrible. They think, since they are in Celebration, that they can rip you off. Prices are high and the staff is unfriendly. Dont get alterations there either. They overcharge you! You are better off going somewhere else.

We recently had a flood from a washer malfunction. We had to send bags and bags of towels and clothes to them to launder. BEST SERVICE!! LOVE that they picked up on Monday and delivered all done on Thursday! Thank you guys!

Beware, terrible place. They laundered my Tommy Bahama silk shirt, instead of dry cleaning it (which is what I paid for) now I have a $120 shirt, that looks like it cost $9.95. Stay away.
