Took a $350 black Marc Echo suit I had purchased 3 months prior at a Mens Wearhouse to clean and press. When I picked up my suit, there were red spill stains all over the lower part of the jacket and legs of the pants. When I showed it to the employee, she claimed it sun damage. I also left it for the manager to look at who also claimed it was sun damage. The only option I had was to send the suit to be chemical tested by a third party that Best Cleaners would select, and had to pay $60 out of pocket for the tests to be done. Took it to a different dry cleaner and was told it looked as if the wrong chemicals were used or the iron was to hot. Either way, it was not sun damage. Only use this place with caution as they will not take responsibility for their errors, nor offer any help with their shoddy work. Edit to add: I went to the Best Cleaners located in the Lakeside Village Plaza in Windermere.

Aida, Erika and Christy flat out amazing customer service. I was on my way in to pick up my items and placed a call as I had been held up in traffic. I wanted to see if they could place it in a locker. The lockers are limited so I knew it was a long shot. She aplogized and I let them know I might not make it until after they close. I thanked her for the time and proceeded to wait in traffic and then my phone rang. They had called me back to ask how late I would be. They had seen I wasnt able to pick up the items over the last few days and offered to wait until I arrived. This was really amazing and just above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Aida, Erika, and Christy for going the extra mile I really appreciate the assistance.

Worse costumer service. Drop a dress at 7 am and requested to have it next day. I came at 5 pm. Paid $14 us and the dress wasent clean. The 2 spots on the dress where there. The answer to my question was .. you rush it and we cant promess you to be clean in one day??? So why they charge me??.... they clean it but they didnt, but charge me for it?? definitely Im not coming back to this place ever again.. employers rude... and with poor costumer service. Going back to Summer Port dry clean. There were 2 ladies fighting for missing items. Be awear!

I sent 4 pants to ham it .they told me it coast $7-$10 /pant .when i went to pick them they charged me $72 dollars .i said you told me 7 to 10 dollars each how became 72 dollars? they denied that, and i paid them the money to take my pants .I felt that they ripped me off .i was their customer since they opened ,because its close to my home and not because they do good job .they damaged a lot of my clothes and never complain .but after what happened , i will never do business whit them or to recommend them to our neighborhood .

Best Cleaners has been my dry cleaner for several years now. They call when they have a question and call when they need clarification on my preference for cleaning special items. They sew buttons back on when they pop off during cleaning and are easily accessible when I have a question. They pick up/drop off twice a week and make dry cleaning very easy for me. I would recommend Best Cleaners to anyone that is looking for a reliable and customer centric dry cleaner. They definitely earned five stars.

Refused to clean a shirt that has been cleaned multiple times with management refusal as the only explanation. No calls no messages before pickup. I have been present for another customer being charged for normal shirts after bringing his work shirts in for months. He was charged the work shirt price for those months, but upon picking up shirts that day none were cleaned and he was asked to pay more than usual. Inconsistent service. Rude Spanish speaking cashier.

Left a coat at this location and explained that I brought it there because there was a black mark on the sleeve. Employee asked me to return on Tuesday. When I arrived on Tuesday they told me my clothes were not there. After searching their records, they discovered that my clothes had been delivered to the wrong store. When returning a couple of days later to pick up the coat noticed the mark was Still There. Slow service with no results.
