A disturbing regularity of lost shirts, late deliveries, and unfulfilled commitments. Weve given them 3 chances. 1) late delivery back to their store. Not minutes or hours but days. Items I counted on taking on a business trip came back in over a week vs their promised delivery time. 2) Fewer items came back than we gave them. 3) their "machine" broke and no dress shirts (again, sort of important for a presentation at a global conference). Were looking at return times of a week+ again. And, just for the record, all the "good" reviews are written because they give a credit if you print out your review and show it to them. Purchasing reviews is sad. Cleaning shirts shouldnt be complicated. Just find a competent dry cleaner. These folks, in our experience, arent.

When I first starting bring my items here it was okay. Convenient, kind of over priced but close. Hours WERE 8am to 5:30. Now since they have changed hours and attendants, they are never open when they are supposed to be. Ive been sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open for 10 minutes. They were supposed to open at 8:30 am. Terrible!!! I need to find somewhere else. Additionally, I picked up several clothing items which I had altered; even the alterations were wrong. They sewed places which werent supposed to be sewn. I called and left messages for Irene the General Manager and never received a call back.

Have had overall very good service here. Service is very friendly and efficient. They send you an e-mail when it is ready to be picked up. Had a slight hiccup the first time, in that I asked for folded shirts, and they came on hangers.........but, they have gotten it right after that. They do a very good job on shirts, suits, and pants..............very professionally done. A bit pricey........but, you get what you pay for in dry cleaning.

La France Cleaners is the best dry cleaning service in Cape Coral. Irenes friendly smile and attention to detail is the tip of the customer service iceberg! Our garments are always pressed and cleaned perfectly and on time. We love getting email notification when our items are ready for pickup. I never worry about missing buttons because theyre always replaced, too!

Great expierence with such a friendly young lady who is always there. Clothes etc...... always are done with care. Price is a little high, but they do have a discount on wednesdays for the senoir citzen group. I would like to see more coupons come out for comforters and household items. Over all I give them a 4 star rateing.
