From the moment I entered the location, I could tell this is different than a standard dry cleaner, this place does everything in-house and does it fantastically. Where do I start? 24 hour pickup (if you leave a card on file), valet/curbside pickup during business hours, free bottle of water on pickup, a serial numbered bag for 24 hour drop-off, free samples of P&G products, collar stays put in shirts, stains marked and noted, and even a little baggie labeled "we think this is yours" with business cards I left in a pocket. Incredible, you have a customer for life. And for the people who think 2.85 for a shirt is expensive - the quality, incentives, and convenience easily make it worthwhile. Thank you!

They are horrible. I always bring my stuff there because I have to many clothes to do myaf thinking it wont be a problem because thats their whole job but they always give me attitude and actually refused my business so I will never be going back there and making sure I tell everyone I know not to use them !!!

Drive the few extra miles to Tide cleaners in Naples. Service is night and day. I feel like I am bothering someone when I pull up. Often a wait, even when no other customers around. I live close and its a shame they dont offer the same quality service.

I agree 100% with the previous review. There are several differences, and the service here costs a little more, but in my opinion this company offers the best overall value. I drive past at least 3 other cleaners to use this Tide location.

I go out of myth way to use this dry cleaner. Mysterious only criticism is that there is not one located closer to my home or office. They are convenient, courteous and they always have a treat for my dog and a water for me.
