I have been going there for about 6 months. I took a tie in one time and it was steamed and not pressed. I brought it back and he told me there is nothing he can do. It is a silk tie and said that is all the starch it would take. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, he said he would redo it and he did nothing. I thought I would just let it go and kept going there. I complained that he was pressing in wrinkles and some shirts had no starch. He asked me to bring back the shirts and show it too him . . .so I brought back my $29 dry cleaning order to show him how a shirt didnt have any starch and all the wrinkles in the shirt. He told me it was the plastic, blew up said he would give me a refund and for me to never come back. I thought I might be over reacting and left without the refund. I wore the shirt today, well it looked like I slept in it . . .A dry cleaned, pressed shirt!!! Well I wish now I would have gotten the refund. Talk to 3 people I recommended there and they said they were having the same problem and havent been going back. The business practices by this guy have always seemed shady and I am done with this dry cleaner and would not recommend this guy to anyone. He is arrogant and has no sense of doing a good job and defiantly doesnt know anything about customer service. I hope when you read my comment you havent already been screwed.

I deposited a $50 silk tie for dry cleaning. It was cleaned beautifully, BUT they put a safety pin through the front of the tie. It pulled the fabric and permanently left clearly-visible holes right in the middle of the tie. It is horribly ruined! Who puts a safety pin on the face of a silk tie? I feel it shows a total disregard, or just plain thoughtlessness. This review would have been 5 stars for the price and cleaning service, but the safety pin holes and snagging of the fibres totally has put me off using this service.

Dont use this dry cleaner. I took a delicate shirt to them and warned them of such and they ruined it. Now they blame it on the material. Not only did they ruin the shirt itself, they also ruined the beautiful applique that was on it. Now they wont pay their minimum $30 for the shirt because he claims "Its not our fault, its shirts fault." Bad business practice!

You get what you pay for. The shirts were not pressed correctly they were still wrinkled, one shirt came back stained. I recommend you stay away. No need to take it back and complain, based on the below reviews they can careless about your complaints. I will never give them my business again.

I have been taking my clothes there for over 3 years. The staff and owners are very pleasant, they always do a great job pressing and fast turn around time. I would recommend them
