Inconsistent with non-responsive owners. The people that work at the front desk are very nice and accommodating. My problem is with the operations and the owners. 1. They have promotions from time to time and beware during those times. I travel for business during the week and I do not have the luxury of waiting for days for my clothes to be ready. When they have promotions, your clothes wont be back for 2 or 3 days because they are busy and grossly understaffed when handling more clothes than usual due to their own promotion. 2. If you have any french cuffs shirts, stay away. They do an absolutely horrible job with french cuffs; wrinkled with creases. Ive tried over a dozen times and its messed up each time. I take it to another cleaners for those shirts. 3. Forget trying to complain to owners. Ive called their office 3 times and left written messages with 3 different people. No one calls back. Basically, I think the owners are answering the phone and they keep playing that game that no one is there. This is not my first choice for dry cleaners. If I have 3 days to wait and the shirts have regular cuffs, then Ill take it to them. If something goes wrong, dont expect anyone to call you.....

So after some time I finally was able to resolve my situation. Unfortunately my suit pants were lost and finally was able to get compensated for my pants. I want to thank Aaliyah Mckenzie of store 57 for getting things moving and done!!!. Also I want to thank Laurie, Kaye and Jeannette for looking into my case and personally calling me and getting to an amicable resolution. I have said it before and I am saying it now, it is not the product. You have a good product which is the reason why I keep coming back and have been a long time customer. But you have to take care of your customers problems/concerns better. You need more people like the ladies above that get things DONE. It took almost two months to get this resolve when it should have taken only two weeks at most. Thank you again for a BETTER experience and I look forward to keep coming back. Now lets get management to make sure they give their customer service reps the support they need.

I have always used this cleaners with great success however this time they have had a comforter of mine for 3 weeks and the manager, Starla Blair has yet to reach out to me and tell me what has happened. I spoke with a young lady today who has been the most helpful but I still do not have my comforter or know where its at. When things go good theyre fine but dont ever expect to get a call when they do something wrong.

2 of my items looked like the werent even pressed and 1 was still dirty. Very dissatisfied. Looks like Ill be driving 40 mins to my old cleaner. No way will I ever take an item back here.
