I tried this dry cleaner because I like the convenience of the drive thru. Ive used them 3 times and only once was I able to use the drive-thru and that was to drop off. One time I returned to pick up my clothes and the delivery van was blocking the drive thru, another time the drive thru was closed (Unaware that it closes at 5pm) and today they had a sign on the door saying that the drive thru is closed... You also cannot use the drive thru if you drop off your clothes and want to pick them up the next day when ready, since the guaranteed time to be ready is 5pm and conveniently the drive thru closes at 5pm... The actual dry cleaning was no problem but I was trying them for the added convenience. There are plenty of good dry cleaning companies without drive thrus... Update - 9/28/16 Thought Id try them again. Its been a while and they may have changed. Not! They have a sign on the drive thru window stating drive thru hours. I arrive at 3:30pm (during drive thru hours) and they have one person running the whole show. Had to call the cleaners to get someone to the drive thru. She gets my clothes and hands them to me through my truck window..... Wow!

I have been a regular customer at the Carriage trade dry cleaners and I have been a happy camper. Their service and customer satisfaction has always been top priority for them. I did think that their prices were a bit on the higher end but I was happily surprised when I found out that their prices for shorts and trousers has been cut down. The drive through makes it convenient but the downside is that it closes at 2. I really do wish the drive through stayed open till at least 5. The manager Trish always has a smile on her face and makes sure that they keep up their customer satisfaction. Overall I really like the service and would highly recommend it to people around Zephyrhills area.

I am a regular here for a reason! Staff is great, clean facilities and competitive prices. Also just had an emergency when I forgot to drop off a uniform for cleaning. Called and explained my situation and they told me to bring it in and it would be done same day!!!! I feel like I should have paid double what they charged me and Trish was super friendly and helpful!

I was running late and wanted to pick up a shirt I needed for Sunday. I arrived shortly before closing and went to pay for my item. I didnt have enough cash on me so I offered my credit card. They refused the cc because the transaction was under $5.00. I had been using their service almost every other week for months - and this is how they treated me. Never went back!

Good service overall! Love the drive thru since I have the kiddies a lot. Wish they had custom tailoring in their shop. I do not like to send out my clothes to have them tailored.
