I dropped my wedding dress off at Elyria Drycleaners on a Thursday to get it steamed for my wedding the following Saturday. They told me it would be ready for pick up that Thursday before my wedding. This already made me nervous because it was two days before but I was ok with it. I went to pick it up on the day that they said that it would be ready and they decided not to open that day. They put a sign up on their window saying they would reopen the next day. I didnt receive a phone call of notification or anything. I went the next morning at opening to pick up my dress that they had had for over a week and they still didnt have it steamed a day before my wedding!!!

This is the way a dry cleaner should be run! Good quality work! I had a wool coat that I had gasoline spill on the sleeve and the sleeve was soaked! They were able to remove the gasoline and the smell. I have a great nose and can detect odors. GREAT JOB!. Their alterations of my sons suit jacket: Sleeves shortened, coat taken in on the sides and taking in the waist of the pants was high quality and reasonably priced.

Took in my coat for a zipper repair. It took them almost 4 weeks to repair a zipper. Called a couple of times and got excuse after excuse. When I finally was able to pick it up I got the most awful service and was spoken to very rudely. Will never ever go there again.

This place is a great place for just stopping in a dropping anything off. They are reasonable and will work with you on scheduling. Always a welcoming place to do business.
