Awful...ruined several shirts of mine. I have some expensive made-to-measure linen button-down dress shirts, so I paid extra for them to be dry cleaned. They told me they dont launder linen shirts because the risk of damage is too high. Well, apparently paying extra for dry cleaning didnt help because they ruined the collar on at least 3 of them. It looks like they are pressing them on very high heat and it is burning holes in the fabric. They were able to fix one of them, but they did a sloppy stitching job and tried to get me to pay for the repairs! The other two shirts have holes that are beyond repair. They took pictures of the shirts that cannot be fixed, but every time I go in there, theres a different person working that I havent seen before and nobodys been able to help me. I will continue to seek financial restitution for ruining my shirts, but no luck yet. Currently looking for a new cleaner.

Horrible! The worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had. Do not use them. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going. The managers customer service skills were appalling. They ruined a dress that had been worn once before and when I went to calmly talk about it she basically yelled at me. The dress lining was shredded from the under arm area and this was not the only dress that was torn. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time because it was something I could sew and fix but that it still unacceptable. The second time, I have the have the lining re-done by a professional seamstress. Do not use them if you expect quality service!

STAY away! If you dont care about your clothes, by all means come here. HORRIBLE customer service. They ruined multiple articles of NEW clothing. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but on the second time I try talking to the manager and she was VERY Unprofessional to put it lightly. Note that the only reason the average rating is not "one star" is because there is a fake "5 star" review made years ago. STAY WAY if you care about your clothes

Maricela is great to work with at this location! She always helps me with the coupons and specials that are occurring and is even nice to my husband/son when I have to send them to pick up an order! I actually enjoy going to the dry cleaner! Ask for her, shell take great care of you!

Im gone try to be objective and describe my experience with Quality Plus,I dropped 13 shirts to be pressed only and when I picked them up they ask me to pay $6.58 a shirt!! This place is run on chaos and unprofessionalism. I would call it Quality MINUS!

Every time I come to this location its not opened. However the sign is lit showing opened! Going else where that will do business properly. You have hours posted on the door. You should follow those instead of turning away customers.

They ruined our comforter and made empty refund promises for three months. Ownership and management is brutal. Out the $$ for a new comforter plus the cost of the dry cleaning. Stay away
