WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES OR DRESSES TO BE ALTERED HERE!! THEYRE CROOKS!! We took my daughters prom dress there after another seamstress recommended them because she was to busy & they screwed her dress up & only cut the front of it & left the sides & back untouched so we told them that wasnt what we asked for & they wanted another chance at fixing it so I agreed. We were promised that it would be done in a week because by that time it was getting close to her prom & after almost 2 weeks had passed I called & the lady said that it had been done for a few days & someone shouldve called. But of course they didnt or I wouldnt have been calling to check on it. And I know that they had the right phone number because they called us there first time it was "ready". I asked how much it was & they told me was double our original agreement. He said that he had to pay his seamstress twice to work on her dress & that we were the ones who asked to have the sides & back left untouched. Which is a huge lie! They even fitted it on her & pinned it while we were there all the way around. He said it was a complex dress. This is my daughters 6th prom dress ( she does pageants too) & this dress was the most simple alteration that weve had done. It is one simple thin layer of satin like material!! I am appalled that they charged us double for their mistake & them tried to blame us the customer for their mistake. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DRESSES THEIR!!! He is rude, a liar & a chest. And they know that people have already spent hundreds on their prom dresses & will not be leaving them there days before a portion so hell charge u what he feels like he can get!! I wish I wouldve read the reviews before I went. No wonder they are awful

I could not be happier with this business! After desperately searching for weekend dry cleaning services from Bristol to Knoxville, with no luck, I found the Cleaning Center. They were so accommodating and did an awesome job! Their prices are also very reasonable. They made a customer out of me!

Used these guys for a few months, everything was very well done in the beginning, and they are excellent at removing stains. They are not however, good at following directions, and have subsequently nearly ruined some of my very expensive shirts (which looked worse than when I bought them).

Do not take anything there!!!! They messed up altering my prom dress and charged us double because they had to go back and fix their mistake. Then called us liars. Then they spilled something on it and stained my $900 prom dress.
