DryPros is an excellent company. We had a persistent problem in our basement with water entering after several days of rain and were always having to monitor it and vacuum the water away. DryPros assessed the problem and installed a water containment system and were able to drain it to the outside near a ground level entry door eliminating the need for a sump pump. Some of the system was behind finished drywall, some under storage shelving, some exposed. The did an amazing job installing the system in all areas and returning it to its original condition such that no one knows the system is there where it is not exposed. They always show up at the times agreed to, have pleasant personnel to work with and clean up after themselves. I have also used them in homes we manage and they are always responsive where urgency is important. They also do a great job with carpet cleaning. At the end of December, Biltmore Village was flooded pretty bad and we had 18" of water in our office. Mud everywhere, floor and base of walls were pretty damaged. We call Dry Pros and they came out pretty quickly. It took a lot of work to dry everything and late walls were exposed with mold issues from prior water situations. Its been a headache having an office in a flood zone but we thank Dry Pros for restoring everything back to normal! We highly recommend them.
