AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER - BEWARE!!!! READ ON! DO NOT BRING ANYTHING TO THIS SUPPOSED DRY CLEANER! YOU WOULD DO A BETTER JOB THROWING YOUR OUTFIT IN THE STREET AND DRIVING OVER IT, RATHER THAN GOING TO THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A DRY CLEANER. I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD. BROUGHT THE DRESS I WANTED TO WEAR TO MY 40TH BIRTHDAY PARTY TO THIS CLEANER BECAUSE (STUPID ME) THEY WERE CLOSER TO MY HOME THAN THE OTHER CLEANER I NORMALLY USE. ITS A COCKTAIL DRESS WITH A PLEATED FRONT BODICE. THEY KEPT MY DRESS FOR FIVE DAYS - REALLY? THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST RED FLAG... MY NORMAL GUY IS 48 HOURS TOPS. MY HUBBY PICKED IT UP, BUT HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT DRY CLEANING AND EVEN LESS ABOUT WOMENS CLOTHING, SO IT LOOKED FINE TO HIS EYE. THE "DRY-CLEANED" DRESS WAS COVERED IN LINT, DOG OR ANIMAL HAIR AND THE PLEATS ON THE FRONT BODICE WERE IRONED FLAT. I HONESTLY DO NOT BELIEVE THEY ACTUALLY CLEANED THE DRESS. I CANT BELIEVE A DRY CLEANER WOULD IRON PLEATS~! I THINK THEY PUT IT IN THE COMMERCIAL IRON AND THAT WAS IT. THE DRESS IS NOW RUINED, ALONG WITH MY WHOLE OUTFIT FOR THE PARTY. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD "THE OWNER IS VERY BUSY, SORRY. ILL GIVE HIM THE MESSAGE BUT WE HAVE ALL THESE NEW PEOPLE DOING THE CLOTHES RIGHT NOW..." WOW.... DID THEY SERIOUSLY JUST TELL ME THAT? THAT WAS HOURS AGO AND STILL I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. IM HONESTLY NOT EXPECTING TO EITHER. I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING TAKING LEGAL ACTION REGARDING THE STRESS AND EMOTIONAL ANGUISH THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A DRY CLEANER HAS CAUSED. YOU MAY THINK ITS EXTREME, BUT TO ME ITS NOT. THEY HAVE ESSENTIALLY RUINED MY WHOLE BIRTHDAY. HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW PLUS THE OTHERS MIGHT SAVE ANOTHER PERSON FROM HAVING THEIR CLOTHES RUINED AT THIS AWFUL DRY CLEANER.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I used them plenty of times but after this third issue its my fault I used them this long. This last time I gave them a few shirts that had stains on them and pointed them out. When I returned I asked the girl if the stains came out (same one I dropped them off to that morning) and she said she had no idea. I went home and the stains were still there. I put Dawn dish soap on the stains, washed the shirts and they are gone. They didnt even try to remove them. I also had 9 pants dry cleaned. The person that pressed them creased the one side incorrectly and all the pants have a huge line/wrinkle down the side of them and need to be pressed again. Not just one of the pants it was ALL of them.

They wash dry and fold my laundry for a GREAT price. My stuff comes out clean and smelling great. I use them regularly!
