I was not happy at all with this company or the employees, and especially the owner. I brought a skirt in for a new zipper and here I am 2 weeks later and still dont have my skirt. They rescheduled my pickup 3 times stating they were having trouble. When I went to pick it up, the zipper was dark grey on a black skirt and not lined up correct. Supposedly it is fixed now and they still expected me to pay full price. After speaking to the owner, they will give me my skirt back if I pay $10 out of the $17 they were going to charge me. I told her take the zipper out & give me my skirt back - she said she cant do that. I will never go there again.

Extremely disappointed!! I have gone there 3 different times trying to give them another chance and because it is so convenient to my place of employment. Each time I have been very very dissatisfied!! My lab coat continues to come back with the same stains on it as it had when I dropped it off. They should have a rule that if they cannot get the stain out there is no charge!! This time they got all of the stains out of one sleeve but the same exact stains on the other are still there! I will not be going back I will drive the extra mile to try someone else.

I came to Imperial Dry Cleaners on Spring Hill Dr. last minute and needed my clothes to be pressed, patches sown in, and my pants length adjusted. The seamstress and the lady at the front desk were very polite and nice. Even though I came in last minute and needed the clothes the next day, they managed to complete every task. My clothes look great! I am a very satisfied customer and will be back again!

A different lady did alterations on my dress and ruined it two days before my prom. I brought the dress here and they did the best they could to fix it and it turned out very nice, and they fixed it on the same day I brought it in, which was much appreciated.

My experience here both times have been horrible and the ladies upfront can use a better attitude instead of being nasty all the time Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
