Absolutely horrible customer service. Dealt with Vicky after a $300 comforter I had for only 2 1/2 months was ruined. After speaking, she asked that I bring in the store receipt and she would let me know her decision. After 4 days she called back and said that there was nothing they would do because it was a manufacturer defect. Mind you, it was their service that they provided that ruined the comforter. She also stated that they had dry cleaned numerous Tommy Bahama comforters and that they were all ruined. Then why even entertain the thought of touching mine? I even expressed that I wasnt trying to get something for nothing, or even expecting the full amount, just some type of compensation as a good faith effort on their part, showing that they were at fault. I need to say, my father used Courtesy cleaners for years when I was younger. I would never recommend this dry cleaners to anyone, very disappointed.

This company has returned items to me with dog hair on them as well as being dirty. The last time that I ever used this business they ripped a blouse and blamed it on me. NEVER will go back horrible business practices
