Do not take anything expensive here. As a first time customer I took a $160 Lilly Pulitzer silk blouse to this cleaners and they stapled through my blouse when they put the paper over the hanger. Linda was kind to refund the cost of my cleaning ($7), but after the regional manager looked at it, they said there was "no loose thread" and the hole was like a pin or a broach (I would NEVER put a hole in something like that). They didnt even offer to replace a part of the cost of the shirt. Who puts a hole in an expensive blouse like that and says "oops"? This policy is very bad for business and I will not be a repeat customer. Go somewhere else. I couldve taken the chances by hand washing it myself if I knew my shirt would be damaged while at the cleaners.

The customer service was mediocre. The dry cleaning, however, was deplorable. I received a shirt back that looked worse than if I had washed it at home. Not only had the color faded significantly, but there was white fuzz ALL over the black top as if it had been put in a dryer with a bath towel. HORRIBLE dry cleaners! What a disappointment, especially with the high prices.

Stay away from this place unless you plan on a lot of redos, damaged clothing, wrinkled clothing and tons of excuses! Took my $1200 a year business elsewhere! HORRIBLE!! Did not even offer to relace the white shirts in which they burned the cuffs! Terrible store with terrible management and terrible customer service!!!

Love this store! The Manager Linda is very sweet, and always gives GREAT service. I would recommend this dry cleaners to everyone I know.
