DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! On May 9th, almost 2 months to the day, I brought in a king size down comforter to be cleaned. It did not have anything wrong with it other than I wanted to have it freshened. It was looked at by Tina who was working the desk, who in fact stated that it was in great condition, no stains and no markings of any sort. I was told to come back in one week to pick it up. Not once, not twice but three times they sent back the wrong comforter and advised me that the tag had fallen off and it was lost somewhere. THEY COULD NOT FIND IT! After 3 weeks of waiting patiently it was found, God knows where, and it was DIRTY AND STAINED! Needless to say I was beyond upset. They tried to clean it but to no avail. Stains did not come out. I was advised to bring in a receipt and assured that I would be compensated for my damaged comforter. I did as asked. They did not like what the receipt said. That it was too much money. I advised them that initially I just wanted to have my comforter cleaned. Thats it! Due to their carelessness I was now fighting to have my comforter replaced. I have had nothing but issues as everyone, other than Tina, just want to pass the buck. I was actually advised that the person who is in charge of complaints, Ginny, said that they would absolutely not pay the claim and that I should pick the comforter up and take it somewhere else to be cleaned. Noone wants to take responsibility for ruining my comforter. I was advised that the owner, Hass Agemy, was contacted and would review and be in contact with me for compensation. To date, I have not heard from Mr. Agemy. So now I dont have a comforter and I have not been compensated. They have not heard the end of this. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE STAR BUT IT WAS THE ONLY WAY THIS WOULD POST!

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. My dad and I went last week to dry clean my dads Burberry coat. the employee there took all the pieces off the coat and told us to come back. When we came back one of the piece was not there. The staff who took the pieces off the coat last week was helping us but she was lying that she never received the coat from us. So I asked to give me a refund back for the coat and she said she cant. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she didnt let me speak to anyone. She was saying she does not know what I am talking about. So a customer who was there knew exactly what I was talking about and told the staff that there should be a piece around the neck. So the staff said that someone will give me a call back before noon. I didnt receive any calls so I called them. The answer was: "My supervisor came and said that there is nothing missing!" So I asked, is this how your dealing with this situation. and she said, "theres nothing missing." So I asked Can I have your supervisors number. and she said they dont have a number but only an email. In conclusion, they lost a piece that we clearly saw them taking off. they took our money and cant give any refund back the staff who took the pieces off lied that she was not the one who took the pieces off. the staff is saying that nothing is missing and theres nothing to be done about it. the supervisor cant be reach. I contacted Burberry and there is such thing a piece on the neck called the over collar and now need to see if it can be replaced HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is my first time uploading a review. It was my dads favorite coat. and they cant do anything with the problem they have caused. Theres no one to speak to who can solve the problem.

AVOID THIS PLACE! They ruined my $125 silk shirt by putting a large safety pin hole in the shoulder area and then denied it. Filed a claim and after 3 weeks they Finally told the employee to tell me they did not create the hole. I left them the shirt to "review" the damage and when I finally went back after 3 weeks of waiting, I got it back and they actually stapled a note through the silk shirt advising they did not damage. Amazing first a safety pin hole then they staple right into the shirt to add more damage that they claim did not happen. There is no real manager on duty, only employees that state they have to contact a manager at their main office. Nobody will call you back, youll have to do all the follow up and keep getting a run around. If you value your clothing find another place that will stand behind their mistakes. I understand accidents happen but not owning up to damaging a product and correcting the situation is not acceptable. Look at other reviews, consistently poor across the board. Use at your own risk.

Not too happy with these cleaners. Brought some uniform shirts in to have the patches creased. Picked them up, and they were not done the way I requested, so we told them to re-do the shirts. After picking them up a second time (the store sent the shirts out twice, so they were supposedly done three times) , they still were not done properly. Asked for a refund, and they would not give us our money back. They said to bring the shirts in to re press them. How many times does it take to get it done the way the customer pays for? Very poor customer service. Needless to say, I brought my shirts to another cleaners, who did the job right the first time.

Great Cleaners. My neighbor recommended them when I moved in July 4 2016. I have let them clean my uniforms, and some expensive silk Tommy Bahama Hawaiian shirts over six times and every item is well taken care of and comes back perfect. I use starch in my laundered shirts and they get it just right. They have a great phone app and offer me a discount without me even knowing the discount was sent to my app or email. Super friendly. I have never cleaned a comforter ( the bad reviews) but for normal dry cleaning and shirt laundry they get 5 Stars and for friendly service the get 10 stars. Love this place!

Worst experience ever! We will never go back there again! My husband asked to have his jeans dry cleaned with heavy starch & when he picked them up today his jeans looked like they had just been ironed. My husband talked to Kim, the manager on duty, she said there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation. We try to support our neighborhood businesses however, this one we will not ever support and we will be sure to let everyone we come in contact with know about how Quality Plus Cleaners on Collier Parkway really does business!

This place is terrible. I came here to get a button installed on my shorts on the receipt they gave me said laundry so I went back in to make sure my shorts are not being washed instead the button will be installed. The girl said yes it is noted on the computer sure enough when I came in 2 days later to pick up my shorts no surprise there was no button installed just washed. Pretty sad when you cant do such an easy job like this they need to stop hiring stupid people.
