Unfortunately I was unable to remove the 1 star, as I wanted to give 0 stars. I brought in a very expensive satin shirt that I intended to wear to a party 3 days later. They were unable to find it. I went back the next day and girl, Sasha, was so beige rant about it. She told me to come back on day shift to speak to person who was looking for it. I told her I ce in in nite shift but dont remember who was looking and could she ask girls in back if any of them were the ones. She flat out refused and told me, very rudely it was someone from days hit and the policy is they have 30 days to find it. I saw no such sign up. Then the girl who had been looking for it came from the back. She said she was unable to locate. I told sasha, all she had to do was as I requested and ask around. She just laughed. I asked to speak with someone in charge she said there was no one. I initially brought back 3 pair of pants as they had no creases, even though ticket said so and when dropped off I reiterated..I told sasha that. She took them. Today I go back and find out she didnt do anything with them stating she didnt know what I wanted done. Which was a lie. Now I have to wait until Monday evening, since closed in sunday. I asked for managers name aND was told not allowed to give it out. I requested they call mgr and have her call me. It has not happened. Sasha has no business dealing with the public. Another customer before mr, the day prior got into a screaming match with her. Although I didnt resort to that, her beligerant, arragant attitude almost caused me to. Then to delibe ratty not take care of redoing pants, when that was taken care of before the argument about the person who was looking for my blouse, argument. She even grinned when then girl told me sasha didnt know what I wanted to do with them. So not done! Unfortunately this is only place I can afford.

Absolutely horrible experience dealing with them. If i could do 0 stars, I would. They ruined an expensive sweater I bought my wife for Christmas, then denied all wrong-doing and wouldnt even allow me to talk to a manager or try and resolve it. They refuse to do the right thing. Must be nice. No manager ever seemed to be there nor did anyone seem to have any responsibility whatsoever. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had in 40 years. Filed a complaint with the BBB, and going to let everyone I know - and don;t know, but can get a hold of - know how horrible they are.

The manager/supervisor flat-out lied to me. And when I tried to speak with her regarding missing clothing (that she lied about and said there is no missing clothing and that she checked the cameras regarding it and then I get a call the next day saying there really is missing clothing that theyve found and have to waste my lunch break driving back there infuriated with the service the whole way there) Im told youre "not allowed." Have had other poor experiences in addition to that, including but limited to, poor smelling clothing, holes from their safety pins, discoloration, etc.

I have used Fleetwood for several years, but no longer. I dropped off 14 shirts and 1 pair of dress slacks, which I needed for a wedding this weekend. I picked everything up and when hanging them up, noticed my slacks were flat pressed, no crease! Ran back down to have them pressed correctly and was told that they send them out and couldnt be redone today, but I could come back tomorrow. Problem,.leaving for the wedding tomorrow! No pressed pants, and no refund! No more business from me!

They ruined a $300 silk blouse by fraying the fabric and it was very clear that it was rubbed too hard. I talked to the manager and she denied all responsibility and became very aggressive and argumentative, reminiscent of a second grade school yard fight. I just took my item and left as who has time for that behavior? So, I would highly recommend that you avoid this cleaner!!!!

BE WARNED, THE PRICE ISNT WORTH IT! Was a weekly loyal customer for years with only minor issues (missing buttons, small tears, etc.), but when they lost an expensive garment the owner Marilou would not reimburse and refused to even discuss a resolution. She was happy to lose a loyal customer rather than accept responsibility. The "low" price ended up costing me dearly.
