This business has the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. I brought my clothes in, the person behind the counter dropped my garments on the floor, and then did a recount of the items; clearly not counting properly. When I got my clothes back there was a shirt missing. There is also a big sign in their store which reads "if you notice any of your garments are missing please notify us right away".... I called every day for 5 days straight and never got anyone to answer the phone. Theres also no answering service or an email to write to. After 5 days I went back to the store and explained I was missing a shirt. The person who met me fired off excuse after excuse: "you must have dropped it when going to your car", "you must have someone elses clothes then", "Im sure you brought it in but if you have 8 garments then something you brought home doesnt belong to you!" Not once did he 1) apologize 2) offer a refund of my dry cleaning expenses 3) offer to replace my shirt 4) take my name & number in the event they locate my shirt and, most aggregious, 5) he never even searched for my shirt! I was met with zero empathy or customer service. If the owner would have simply asked what I wanted to compensate me for my loss, the shirt was only $16.99 at TJMaxx, I would have asked for the $16.99 to replace a shirt I had literally purchased 3 days prior. Instead, it comes down to the principle of having my items lost and not getting any type of service. I will now be filing a complaint with the BBB and Tampa Board of Commissions. I have a copy of my receipt for the shirt, a copy of my dry cleaning receipt, a copy of my telephone bill and a nice video my niece took of the incident. Consumer beware.... Stay away from this dry cleaner! There is a reason they have 2 stars!

Took in a pair of pants that had some butter sauce spilled on them. They got part of it out first try, but then the other spot looked like it hadnt been touched. After 2 redos and going to James the owner, stain is still there. No explanation whatsoever. Also the other pants I had cleaned were sloppy. Their equipment is obviously not up to par if they cant even press the pants well. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

I have been doing business with Park Avenue Cleaners for over a year now. They have been wonderful about getting all of the stain out of my clothes. James the owner takes personal pride in making sure all of his customers receive the best treatment. two thumbs up

Absolutely the worst dry cleaner EVER! They have shrunk my shirts, stained my clothes, ripped off buttons. The old man thats there has an attitude when we bring a lot of clothes. I dont know why we stayed so long, but I will never go back.

My first time there, I picked up the clothes and none of them were pressed, my whites had blue stains all over them, my new dress is not new anymore they destroyed it. Dont ever go there, they will ruin your day.

Horrible experience. Spot on collar and entire collar not cleaned. Now I know why they charge $2.25 because they are not worth even $2.25.
