We love our Seminole Heights neighborhood and want nothing more than to support local businesses. BUYER BEWARE of this unprofessional and unethical business. From time to time since they were opened I took my dry cleaning, and arm loads of my husbands shirts in for laundering - medium starch on hangers - the same way Ive had them done there, and at other cleaners for over 37 years! This time I fell victim to their new "bait and switch" game. I ALWAYS ask that they spot check the collar and sleeves on his shirts, but this time, unbeknownst to me, that meant they could not launder them, but instead, had to dry clean them - and charge me for that instead. Had they asked, I would have declined and taken them to McNatts. Unfortunately I didnt notice the extra charge and unstarched shirts until my credit card had been charged. The clerk was unable to fix the mistake, and Ive been waiting 6 months for the manager "John" to credit the $18.72 they owe me. He is never available and will not return my calls. So sad, such POOR SERVICE! Dont get lured by what is advertised.

I have been taking my cleaning to this place weekly for the past year. Almost every time, they break buttons on my shirts, but they at least have repaired them when I requested. Today, when I went in to pick up my laundry, I brought back a shirt they had broken the button off of, and asked that they please replace the button. I also checked the shirts I had just paid for, and noted that several others now had broken buttons. This time, the young lady at the counter told me that would require a "re do" and that I would have to pay again. I explained that this had never been required before, and I shouldnt have to pay for damage they caused. She admitted that their machines break buttons regularly, but refused to do anything about it! Bottom line, theyve lost me as a customer. As much as I like to patronize local businesses, I advise avoiding this place.

Shouldve read the reviews first! Same as previous reviewer. 2 pieces of clothing came out with new stains/blues stains. Just went to pick up second piece. Place was closed before 6:30PM. Staffing was counting down drawer. She knows me and I asked told my pants were free and she just shrugged. This was a real bummer as these were needed for a meeting in A.M. At 6:45PM on Tuesday evening I have to go pants shopping. Definitely not pleased with these continued experiences. 3 strikes, right? This is my last time with this place!

I brought in a silk-blend blazer for one day service. I asked them if there was risk to my buttons, but they explained that the risk is only for mens shirts when the customer requests heavy starching. My jacket was returned on time in terrific condition. No problems at all.
