I dropped off my wedding dress on November 7th to be cleaned after my wedding. I was told (by the young girl that claims to be the manager) that it sometimes takes a couple of weeks, due to the intricate process with wedding dresses. After a month, I called to check on my dress. They told me that it was not done yet, but it would be done in two days (called on December 6th - claimed to be ready on December 8th). I stopped in and was told that it was still not ready. I wasnt concerned, I didnt need it back that day, but told the guy working to call me when it was done. The holidays were on us, and as I am an event planner, time slipped away from me. On Monday, December 26th, I called again . No answer, no message. I called again on the morning of Tuesday, December 27th. Was told by a girl that it "takes a while to preserve a dress and it is not ready yet". I -never- asked for it to be preserved, only to be cleaned. She took my phone number (WTF?! Why didnt they have my phone number?!?!) and said that she would call me back about the status, but that it is not ready (!!!). She never called back. I called back that afternoon and spoke to a guy who said, and I quote "I dont know why anyone would tell you that, it is right here and ready to be picked up". I went by this morning (Friday, December 30th) to pick up my supposedly ready dress only to find out that they NEVER TOUCHED IT!! It literally has been sitting there for almost two months without ever being attended to. I asked to speak with a manager and the young girl said she was the manager with a blank stare at me. How the hell do you do business this way?! Needless enough to say, I took my still dirty dress from them and will NEVER send business their way. I will be reposting this review on every review site that I can find. This place might be ok for your work shirts, but dont ever trust them with anything of value.

The worst place! I took my wedding dress that had Florida dirt (very simple dirt) on the bottom part only. They called me 5 weeks after I took it to them to pick it up. I just flipped when I saw my dress that still had the same amount of dirt on! Of course I wouldnt take the dress back with me in that condition. So we left the message with one of the workers who doesnt know a single thing expecting that someone that knew would call us back the next day. BUT no one called or aware of the situation of my dress. So I ended up with calling them. The lady who cleaned my dress picked up the phone...and she kept saying that she never promise it was going to be 100% perfect....I was shocked! Because when we took it to them she told us that she would do it over and again until the dress is perfect and ready to go. Im now looking for a new place to take my dress to. Im very desperate...ITS MY WEDDING DRESS!
