I took my wedding dress to B&C to be preserved and was not impressed. I took it the second week of June and was told it would be finished by July 4. I called in July and they still had not started it. I called twice more over the next month and still only got excuses why it wasnt finished. I finally went in the first week of September and it was ready for pick up. When I got it home and opened it, the dress was completely slid down off the bust support and the bust was smashed down. When i opened the box to fix it i looked at the train and there were still loose beeds, loose thread, and small stains around the train. All of which should have been fixed before boxing the dress. Friendly people and maybe a great family drycleaner, but over all I would not suggest B&C for wedding dress preservation.
