This used to be a great cleaners, before it was bought out by a Brooksville cleaners of lower quality. From 2010 to the takeover (around early 2014) service was excellent. Everything I ever took was well done and they could even do it same day as a favor if you took it in early. Everyone was real nice. We used them a lot!!! All of a sudden cleaning time tripled because they started shipping everything out to Brooksville. The friendly local workers seem to have been let go. Since then of the several items I have taken in on more than one occasion, nothing has come back well done. There are double creases and poorly ironed items, soiled items, even coming back dirty in places they werent when they were taken in (remains to be seen whether another cleaner can fix it or it was ruined), etc. It has been horrendous. On top of the awful service they have raised prices on everything. When concerns were raised the worker said the worker for ironing had been fired so there wouldnt be problems anymore (no resolution for prior issues and that doesnt address the poor cleaning or turnover times). The new owner is never available to deal with concerns (asked on 5 different occasions) and does not return messages. Its worth the drive to take your things elsewhere. Id recommend you not set foot here.

This guy ruined my mothers curtains and cherged her $100. Refused to refund any money, just becuase shes old he thinks he can rip her off hes got another thing coming.
