if i had the ability to review this -5 stars i would this place is so unprofessional my husband took 4 dress shirts a few weeks ago and when he went to pick them up he was missing 2 they finally were able to locate them a few months later i gave them another shot you would think how can they possibly mess up a comforter blanket well you guessed it they did just that. i dropped of a white nice pricey comforter to be washed returned 1 week later and somehow my comforter has disappeared just vanished 3 weeks later i have been more the patient with owner who is the rudest most unprofessional individual i have ever spoken to who to me verbatim oh well i washed it and took it back to the store i dnt know what happened from there then told me he has an old one that has not been claimed i can have that one followed by oh well only thing i can give you is a store credit like if i would ever return to this place of business ever again then hangs up in my face... i called the worker at front desk who confirmed apparently people drop off items all the time that end up going missing all the time and owners is careless

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD WINNER TO JIM AND BARBARA AT DASH CLEANERS! I will NOT recommend this Company to anyone! They will lose your clothes and give you a lot of excuses to come back just to find out your clothes was never found or delivered from production or it was found then misplaced. THERE WILL BE NO STAR FOR THIS COMPANY NAME DASH CLEANERS LOCATED AT 8880 N HIMES AVE, TAMPA, FL 33614 but you have to choose one star to post! What a joke! WARNING: If you plan to take your clothes to this poor cleaner please take pictures and make sure they initial the receipt when dropping it off and that will be your proof that you delivered it. Otherwise, you will never get it back and there is no compensation for your personal belongings.
