Had the worst experience at Dones Dry cleaning in Apollo beach in the Mira Bay Plaza & do not recommend anyone to take their stuff there. I had my son a custom Disney Burt costume he wore for 10 mins. Anyways i took it up there to get dry cleaned bc the lady who made it said to dry clean only bc the red will bleed. The costume wasnt even dirty when i took it there i just had it cleaned bc i wanted to resell. After i take it out of the bag i notice there is pink blotches on the sleeve & shoulder with a tag that says pre-stain. They WERE NOT pre-stains. Thats the whole reason i took it up there was to avoid that. The owner is trying to tell me his wife inspected it & said they were there. Then he precedes to tell me he has video of his wife looking at the costume & me dropping it off. Not sure how that proves anything? He is refusing to do anything & keeps telling me its my fault & the stains were there. After calling several other dry cleaners in the area they all said generally they wont even take stuff with that red on it bc it will bleed during dry cleaning as well. Awful customer service & refusing to make it right!! Highly recommend going somewhere else if this is the way they treat people!!! Awful!

I have lived in Apollo Beach for six years and Dones has given me the best dry cleaning service yet. Best of all they send an email to me when my dry cleaning is done so that I know to stop on my way home if I get an email to my phone. Keep up the good work. MBS
